The Opportunity
Are you an emerging Marketing Professional who wants to see how multi-million dollar campaigns are designed, developed and deployed?
We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our Marketing Department.
This isn't a "coffee-run" internship. You will be at the forefront of market intelligence, standing at the intersection of Data Analytics, Customer Psychology, and Executive Strategy.
You will receive training on the proprietary Neasman (D)4 Method, master the art of identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and learn how to translate raw data into actionable, high-level strategic recommendations. For the right candidate, this experiential learning opportunity is a direct pipeline to a Full-Time Associate role with our Marketing team.
What You Will Learn
You will be trained on the following skillsets:
Funnel Engineering: Learn to build & maintain landing pages that convert curious readers into clients.
Content Consistency: Learn the systems to deliver weekly executive newsletter and social media calendar.
Narrative Impact: Master specific "Read-Through" rates on ghostwritten long-form content.
Ad Performance: Learn to manage digital ad creative to maintain a high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Narrative Storytelling: Translate high-level business and financial concepts into digestible, viral content.
Creative Experimentation: Experiment on web design and digital ads to see what resonates with our client.
The Digital Pulse: Assist in helping the firm maintain a "High-Performance" brand image.
Customer Analysis: Master customer analysis, ICP journey mapping, and strategic campaign planning
Strategic Planning: Learn how to synthesize raw market data into compelling, evidence-based marketing strategies.
Data-Driven Collaboration: Work alongside teams to ensure all campaign messaging aligns with data findings.

Time Requirement
Interns must be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to this professional development opportunity. This is a fixed-term position, which can be extended each quarter based on your discretion and performance.
Minimum requirements include the following:
Must be at least a (3rd year) Junior
Must have a confirmed major (Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
Must have a burning desire to succeed in business strategy
Must have a clear plan to achieve that desire
Must have five (5) professional referrals.
