What is High-Performance Leadership?

High-Performance Leadership is a standardized framework for developing executives and business leaders in every industry of the marketplace. By definition, a High-Performance Leader is someone who is in the top 5% of their industry, and leading a team of at least five (5) people that are achieving 80% or more of their organizational objectives. These leaders embody a combination of Intellect (skills), Integrity (character), and Initiative (mindset) which are leveraged to add value in the marketplace.

Introducing the HPL Framework

The primary three domains of High-Performance Leadership are Sales, Management, and Communications. These three domains are evergreen, and transferrable. They have been in top demand for the last 50 years, and will remain in demand because they require the faculty of emotional intelligence, and strategy, which is only possessed by the human mind.

Skillset

High-Performance is best represented by one's intellectual quotient (IQ). It represents the science of habits formed through applying constant behavior, over time.

State of the Culture

There are four predominant types of professionals in the market, which are listed on the HP L-Chart to the left. These professionals are seen in every organization and there is no lack of unqualified talent.

That means there is a limited amount of High-Performers, which lead to a war on talent. While everyone wants to avoid the lower left quadrant, and everyone wants the upper right quadrants, the most abundant quadrant is the lower right, and the second most abundant is the upper left quadrant.

The goal is to focus on transformation of talent moving them from the lower right quadrant to the upper left quadrant by improving skill over time.

The Three (3) Skillset Domains

The primary three skill domains of High-Performance Leadership are Sales, Management, and Communications. These three domains are evergreen, and transferrable. They have been in top demand for the last 50 years, and will remain in demand because they require the faculty of emotional intelligence, and strategy, which is only possessed by the human mind.

Sales

The skillset of Sales is the easiest of the three domains to develop, because it requires the least amount of company knowledge; only competency of the service/product.

Management

The skillset of Management is the second hardest domain to develop, because it requires one to understand how to effectively guide others through a company's system.

Communication

The skillset of Communication is the hardest of the three domains, because it requires the ability to effectively communicate with the company and the customer.

The Four (4) Mindsets

These Four Mindsets will help you to understand the mental blueprint (subconscious thoughts) about the proven success principles that have been battle tested by thousands of executives and business leaders around the world. The Four Mindsets™ are listed below:

Detrimental Mindset

The Detrimental Mindset is characterized by a lack of self-awareness and a tendency to focus on the negative. Individuals with this mindset may struggle with feelings of insecurity, self-doubt, and negativity, which can hold them back from achieving their goals.

Stagnant Mindset

The Stagnant Mindset is characterized by a lack of growth and development. Individuals with this mindset may be content with their current level of success and may not see the value in investing in their own personal and professional development.

Incremental Mindset

The Incremental Mindset is characterized by a focus on gradual improvement over time. Individuals with this mindset may be willing to invest in their own personal and professional development but may not see the value in taking big risks or pursuing bold new ideas.

Exponential Mindset

The Exponential Mindset is characterized by a high propensity for ideation and innovation, and may also struggle with risk management and decision-making. Exponential mindset is the only mindset that produces High-Performance Leaders.
