A knack for high-performance leadership took root early in Marq Neasman when he started playing sports at the age of 9. Excelling in football, baseball, and track and field, it would be the position of Quarterback (a role that requires one to be a high-performer and a leader) that would lead to his success in the sports arena. As a professional athlete, Marq Neasman had to constantly hone his skills and display leadership qualities.

Through the leading of men in competitive sport, he gained a deep appreciation for personal development and the competencies required to get the best out of people consistently. He realized early on that these same traits that make great athletes also make great business leaders and professionals.
2012
Marq Neasman Sr. finalizes his last season as a professional athlete, and starts career in sales.
2014
Becomes obsessed with the laws of success, personal development, and entrepreneurship.
2016
Launches first business at 29. Neasman Research Institute.
After graduating college in the middle of one of the worst economic crashes in American history. He continued to pursue his passion of football, and started selling health supplements for an MLM. He'd been able to save up just 7,000 and thought this was enough to go into business full time.
2018
Wins first government contract, and establishes the Neasman Research Institute.
2020
Becomes authority of High-Performance Leadership. Launches HPL Systems™
2022
Over 8,500 leaders and professionals impacted, with a quarter-billion in client earnings.
Needless to say, his mini empire was unsuccessful, but it was here that he developed a passion for leadership, and a knack for entrepreneurship, sales, and speaking. He did not know it at the time, but these concepts would be the core foundations of his philosophy in High-Performance Leadership.

Establishes Marq Neasman Consulting Headquarters in Orlando, FL.
2024
Nominated best-in-class for Executive Coaching (Orlando's Best).
2025
Nominated third overall for Executive Coaching (Orlando's Best). Grows firm to 15 employees.
The roots of Marq Neasman Consulting was first birthed as a nonprofit, Neasman Research Institute; established in 2014. The organization has it foundation rooted in research and development which is still one of its core functions today. NRI is the store house for all Marq Neasman Consulting's insights.
