The Opportunity
Do you want to build the "Brain" of a high-performance firm? We are looking for a Junior IT Associate to lead our Internal Infrastructure & Automation. We don't need someone to "fix the Wi-Fi"; we need an architect who can automate the mundane and secure the critical. You will be in charge of the tech stack that allows our consultants to move at the speed of elite business.
Your Mission (KPI-Driven)
Automation ROI: Implementing at least one workflow per month that saves the firm 10+ hours of manual labor.
System Integrity: Maintaining 99.9% uptime for internal CRMs and project management tools.
Cybersecurity Compliance: 100% pass rate on internal security audits and data protection protocols.
AI Integration: Successfully training and deploying 1+ custom AI tool for internal team use per quarter.
What You Will Do
The Architect: Designing custom API workflows to connect our Marketing, Sales, and Advisory data.
Infrastructure Management: Managing the cloud architecture and security permissions for a remote-first consulting team.
AI Orchestration: Researching and implementing the latest AI tools to give our consultants a competitive edge in data analysis.
Tech Stack Optimization: Auditing our software subscriptions to ensure every tool is earning its keep.
The Reward: Incentives for Excellence
Automation Bonus: A performance-based "Efficiency Bonus" for every implemented automation that saves the firm 10+ hours per week.
Certification: Specialized access to Google IT/Cloud/Cybersecurity certifications at zero cost.
The "Productivity" Pay: We believe "Productivity gets paid"—your bonuses are tied directly to the time and money you save the firm.
